6 months.

2. How much are the admin fees?

There are no admin fees to pay.

3. What payment do you require before the tenancy can commence?

1 months rent in advance and 5 weeks deposit.

4. Are you the Landlords?

Yes we are a family run business of which you deal with us direct.
